Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on orders over a specified amount, when indicated at checkout.
Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please email us at anointedgarden91@gmail.com with the subject line “DAMAGED SHIPPING.” Be sure to attach clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging, along with your order number. Our team will review your claim promptly and assist you with the next steps.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Anointed Garden, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to feel confident in your purchase, which is why we’ve created a clear and simple return policy.

All returned items must be in their original condition—unopened, unused, with the seal fully intact.
The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
ALL returns will be initiated with an email by the customer with the subject line "RETURN"
If an item arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the product and packaging and email them to us at anointedgarden91@gmail.com within 12 days. Be sure to include your order number along with the images.
All returns are subject to approval. Please do not ship any items back until you receive a confirmation email stating your return is “approved.”
Once approved, we will provide you with instructions for sending the item back to us.
